Incontinence products

You will need a prescription from your doctor if you are seeking insurance reimbursement.  We have available competitive cash prices for those interested in retail transactions or without insurance coverage. 

Unfortunately, at this time Medicare does not cover any incontinence products.   However, Illinois Medicaid and some private insurances will provide coverage for these supplies. 

It is important to provide you with the right size the first time and every time. That is why we will often want to send out samples or a trial package at first to ensure we provide the right product to meet your needs.

Products you use on a recurring need, we will contact you each month to determine if you are ready for your next shipment. If you are ready and are eligible to receive your next shipment, we will handle all of the details and process your order. Your order will typically arrive in 1 to 2 business days, delivered by UPS or FedEx to your front door. You don’t even need to be home to sign for it! The drop ship program is free of charge for all insurance claims and is typically our preferred method of delivery. 

Insurance guidelines prohibit us from automatically shipping any supplies to our customers. We are required to get consent and verify that your current supply is depleted and that you need more.

We do stock a wide assortment of our most frequently ordered products.  However, the drop ship program is our preferred method for your convenience. Our products include washable and disposable bed pads, a small range of sizes in incontinence briefs and diapers, and incontinence liners. If we do not have your size or product in stock, we can often special order it and have it ready to pick up in store in just a few business days.
